The truth is, the Sandcastle team consists of many incredible individuals, each with their own personality and story. Compassionate, high character people are our greatest asset, and we are fortunate to have assembled a tremendous team to meet every one of our clients’ needs. As a service business, we ARE the sum of our people.
Every Sandcastle caregiver must be at least a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Home Health Aide (HHA) with experience in health care. In addition to that, each caregiver must also pass a level II national criminal background check, a personal credit check, and provide proof of a CPR certification. Once all of those items are completed, each caregiver is interviewed twice by Sandcastle administrators to guarantee that we are only hiring the greatest talent available.
Because we understand how diverse personalities can be, we’ve developed a holistic approach to the client-caregiver relationship plan to ensure that our clients are matched with their ideal caregiving option.
Each one of our caregivers are carefully vetted to ensure only the highest quality person delivers care to our clients. More specifically, determining the qualities and skills that will lead to success, while identifying red flags that could lead to an unsatisfactory care environment.
Success is only achieved when value is delivered and trust is earned. Value is delivered when you and your family start to see the benefits of our care, and trust is earned after we deliver those benefits over and over again.
We care for each client as though they are our own family. We work to understand our clients’ reality, align our care with their aspirations and share in our clients’ successes – so they know we’re in this together.
