Position Description

Sandcastle is looking for a passionate, creative professional that thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment and enjoys building strategic partnerships with other healthcare professionals. This position will require consistent contact with health care facilities, professionals and Sandcastle partners in order to build and maintain relationships that earn referrals for company. Successful candidates should have sales experience in the health care field, and preferably whom already have existing relationships with referral sources in the area.

Position Requirements

  • Call and visit health care facilities (ALFs, SNFs, CCRCs), physicians, rehab clinics and any other professional industry who comes into contact with seniors who could potentially benefit from Sandcastle care in order to develop professional relationships throughout the industry which generates sales
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets
  • Along with the Marketing team, develop a marketing route for the Central Florida area
  • Join and attend area networking and chamber groups
  • Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
  • Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Present well to clients and peers
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
  • Comfortable with closing/asking for business
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement
  • Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
